  We have never posted a 1 star rating for anyone before, but we feel it's 100% warranted at this point. We deposited CASH 4 days ago to cover a withdrawal we knew was coming the next day. Cash was very clearly marked twice both in and on the envelope. Cash deposit mysteriously was 'misplaced' the next morning at the branch office causing our automatic withdrawal to be unpaid (giving us a fee with those individuals), and the credit union charging us an nsf fee as well. We have left messages since the day this all happened, but not one person has called back and/or resolved this. We have never in our lives had a financial institution treat us this way. If you think this is too horrible of a story to be real, you are on the right track. Worst customer service we've ever experienced ever.

  I will never ever refer anyone to these people. I was working very hard to keep my car that i was paying on since June of 20I3, stayed in contact with them, i was talking to them every week. I was not far behind on my car and the stupid ass Vice President. Aka the fat pig called in the reposession for MY car that i worked my ass off and was still working to get caught up. BUT NOOOOOO THEY HAD TO REPO IT AND NOW IM GETTING SUED BY THEM FOR THE DEFFICENCY BALANCE. All because i was behind 700 dollars. What is 700 dollars that couldnt have waited? They have done nothing but put me through finanical stress. Theyvare supposed to help your credit not screw it. They were friendly at first and charged me a lot of intrest. Im not saying dont do business with them but will not sit here and say they did everything to keep me from getting into what they put me through either.

  Was promised a gift card after applying for a loan and never got it. I got approved for the loan they said skip the first two months.... that was a lie. They said I had a special case. They did not give me a bank card until 2 MONTHS after my account was opened. Never sent the pin number to it. Had to wait another 3 days. Tried to call on a Saturday a little after 12pm and they said they were close and the hours were Saturday from 9a-1p so they closed EARLY. So don't believe the hours posted here because they clearly set their own hours. I can't say I will get another loan or account with these people. You are not put first.... at all.
