- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I love arrest and have had an account here for a while. Today however, I was very close to closing my account. The manager there Cassidy Cultur (not sure on the spelling) was being very rude to a customer and then when it was my turn did not give me proper customer service and even questioned me on my honesty on activity on my own account. When I told her who she made me feel all she said was that she was sorry I felt that way. I have never been treated so horribly by this bank before. I will not return to this location and am close to shutting down my account all together. Bankers beware.By Blake B, November 30, 2016
